Forever Models - Client Guidelines For Fashion Models
Forever Models is committed to providing work environments in which our fashion models, actresses, and female athletes and singers, together known as represented agency talent (“Agency Talent”) are treated with the highest and utmost respect and professionalism, free from any form of discrimination or harassment.
Any form of discrimination and/or harassment within professional working environments will not be tolerated by the agency. If any of our Agency Talent experience or witness discrimination, sexual and/or other unlawful harassment while working, we ask our Agency Talent to report it immediately to their agents and/or managers. All reported allegations of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation brought to the company will be investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially.
Forever Models is dedicated to providing a professional environment for our Agency Talent that is safe, healthy, comfortable, and efficient. The below list of guidelines is an overview of practices and standards expected of employees, customers, clients, brands, contractors, and other agents in their professional connection to Forever Models and Forever Models’ Agency Talent. However, the professional expectations of our agency do extend beyond the below guidelines, and they do not replace any current laws or regulations of any country in which Forever Models (the agency), its subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or partner modeling agencies conduct business.
- Images and/or videos in which Agency Talent appear nude, partially nude, in see-through attire, and/or see-through clothing is forbidden (not allowed) by the agency and there are absolutely no exceptions to this rule;
- Images and/or videos in which Agency Talent appear in a bathing suit or bikini, lingerie, drinking alcoholic beverages (even if pretending), smoking (even if pretending), and/or wearing furs requires express prior written approval from the agency;
- Customers and brands working with Agency Talent are expected to take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that the safety, health, and well-being of our Agency Talent are protected and maintained at all times while our Agency Talent provide their services;
- Agency Talent images and/or videos may not be altered or distorted beyond reasonable and customary editing;
- Behind the scenes footage may not be taken of our Agency Talent unless express prior written approval is provided by the agency. If behind the scenes footage is approved it may not be taken when our Agency Talent is nude, partially nude, wearing see-through attire, wearing see-through clothing, and/or changing clothes.
- In addition to the above, if behind the scenes footage is approved it may not be taken before our Agency Talent is hair and makeup ready, and/or at any other time when our Agency Talent has an expectation of privacy;
- Agency Talent will be allowed to take regular rest periods to ensure Agency Talent are able to maintain suitable amounts of rest and refreshment while delivering their services;
- No persons should impose upon our Agency Talent any action or activity which is either dangerous, degrading, unprofessional, or demeaning;
- Individuals may not be under the influence or in possession of illegal drugs and/or alcohol in the workplace (including the unauthorized use of prescription drugs);
- No person may coerce our Agency Talent into diet or weight loss that may negligently endanger our Agency Talent’s health and/or safety;
- Customers and brands are responsible for making adequate security arrangements when necessary (this is a MUST when booking agency supermodels, famous fashion models, and famous Agency Talent); and
- Confidential Agency Talent information and the terms of agreement under which our Agency Talent is contracted, shall not be disclosed by our clients and/or customers, except with prior written consent from the agency or when it is absolutely necessary in the performance of the customer and brand’s legal obligations.
Educational materials regarding sexual harassment prevention and response are also available to Agency Talent upon request. Agency Talent are encouraged to report conduct which they reasonably believe offends Forever Models’ ethical or professional objectives, even if they are not expressly listed above.
Any questions or concerns about conduct that may be in violation of these guidelines may be submitted to any agency director in addition to reporting the matter to the booking agents and managers that directly represent our Agency Talent.
